Instrument Cluster Gauges

Hey Everyone, I apologize if I am asking a question that has allready been asked but I have a 1968 F250 and my gauges have worked a little and now nothing. The truck has sat in a building for quite awhile but I was wondering if you could tell me what the problem is! Oil.Water,Fuel and amp gauges do not work, please help if you can. My dash lights work fine along with turn signals. Thanks

I had the same thing happen on my '68. It was the "CV regulator" or "constant voltage regulator." It is a small rectangular shaped silver box located on the rear of the guage cluster. It is a plug in type and I think has just two prongs on it. Looks just like a small rectangular signal stat. It should be located on the top left hand side but once you see it you will know what it is from the description I just gave. I changed mine and everything came on line again so I hope your fix is that easy. I think I paid about $6 for this one.
