Post by rjewkes »

Any body else have the problem of it not allowing your sites to auto log you in and or reminding you to disable all your addons including the bing bar it ships with?

if so have you fixed and and do you remember the fix?

I had the same problem. Seems like 90 percent of the websites you go on you have to click on the broken file to read it. I just gave up and went back to the previous version of windows explorer. Now no problems

Are you trying to surf with 64bit IE to surf? I usually surf with 32bit IE.

I went back to 8; heard from a computer geek that it's a mess and shouldn't have been released yet, too many problems and security risks....I couldn't get half my stuff to work. Went to a former restore point and put it back to where it was before I downloaded it, hope that helps.

click on start, you should have 2 of the "e" icons, one should have (64 bit) after it, try the other one and see if that helps at all.

 I gave up on IE7 a couple of years ago and changed to Fire Fox, no more slow computer and IE would lock up my computer if I left it open all day (severe memory leak issues with IE)... I was very hesitant to switch but have been very happy and haven't looked back! I leave FF open for days... :woohoo:
Also, what is nice is that you can have BOTH loaded on your computer so you can try it out. :2cents:

I'm not "Brand Loyal" Ford-Chevy-Dodge-Toyota I have them all, one even cross mixed...
If it Looks good and Works good then it's ok by me. Everything has its issues from time to time...
