Where do Ranchero's fit in?

My husband and I have two Ranchero's - a 1967 Fairlane 500 Ranchero with a 289 and then a 1976 Ranchero GT with a 351M engine. We have had several F100s and F150s over the years, refurbishing and loving them all. We acquired the Rancheros after my husband lost the use of his left arm and it was difficult for him to work on anything higher than a regular car engine compartment. Love both cars/trucks but now have to sell them to help our children buy their first home. What would be the best place to sell them?

Are these vehicles frowned upon by the collectors? I never thought about having to sell them so it was not a consideration when we bought them. Is there a Ranchero car club?

Fairlane Club of America is a good start. The Ranchero's were based on the mid sized wagons.

I wouldn't necessarily say frowned upon, they just dont have the same large-scale following that other cars of that era have.

the local news papaer. craigslist. ebay classified ads. the 67 should sell way better and for more than the 76.
