y need yor help

Post by ariellegui »

Hello everyone. I write because I need your help. in my country is very difficult to find car maintenance manuals and maintenance manuals for engines.
I know I have in fordification important technical information, but I want to get a digital copy of the haynes manual for the truck or Chilton's manual v8 engine for where I am working with the truck I have no internet. my truck is 1969 but the model is equal to the 1967 United States and the engine has a 225 v8 phase 2 (Argentine model). I will thank a lot for any information. thank you very much from Argentina.

Ariel,

I'm not too sure about your truck. Are the Ford trucks in Argentina the same as the Brazilian Ford trucks? If so, the below manual might not help you. I don't believe that either Haynes or Chiltons manuals are on CD like the below Ford factory service manual:

I hope it helps!

hello, first of all, I want to thank you for the information, and I think the f 100 of Argentina is the same as the f 100 of Brazil.
I wanted in digital copy to get this in the links I show you below.

the chilton manuals are as good as the ford factory mauals. thats not a bad deal for a complete manual on cd. but a book is better to use.

more information

I send some links that talk about the V8 engine 292 Phase 2 and Phase 1 of Argentina. these engines were in the f 100 of the decade of 50 and 60 in my country.
is in Spanish but has the characteristics of these engines.

Ariel, do you have any pictures of your truck and engine. I do not believe there is a motor manual from Haynes or Chilton for the old Y block engine (which is what I think you are asking information for).

These guys may have better information for the early '60's Y blocks.
