Thank you all for the kind words of support and prayers. Vicki is comfortable at home, and I am taking good care of her. She is bedbound, but as she says, "at least I'm in front of the big screen." Vicki and I both have retained our sense of humor, that is important to us. We cry, and we laugh. The 3 Daughters will all be here late today with one comming in tomorrow. They will thank you all when they see your kind words. They will be here for a couple weeks. The two oldest live far away, but the youngest is only 150 miles from us, and comes up often. (She didn't marry a Sailor.)

John, How kind of you to update all of us with what you've got going on in Yours and Miss Vicki's Lives now.

You BOTH are an inspiration to me and I'm humbled by your courage and honor. Through our Lord, Jesus Christ, please find strength and guidance in your time of need as he stands in the light of all that is wonderful, good and holy for you.

My prayers will continue...God Bless both of You.

Thoughts and prayers with you all.
It seems you've had a great life together, and raised an excellent family.
You are both amazing people.

On a side note:
Vicki is going to put a good word in for you upstairs, right...
You know for some reason us guys just don't have it together like our better halves do...
We need all the assistance we can get!
(and if she's not to busy up there, maybe a kind word for her "bump brothers"... )

God speed guys!

Miss Vicki, you and John are truly an inspiration to all of us. I hope we can enjoy our lives the same way you two have. I will keep you and you family in my prayers and thank you for sharing this with us. The world needs all the role models it can get and you two surely qualify. God bless both of you.
