Pennsylvania Man Charged Again for Putting Ribs in Pants
CARLISLE, Pa. – A central Pennsylvania man has been charged for a second time with trying to steal a rack of ribs by shoving them down his pants.

Carlisle police told The Sentinel newspaper that 65-year-old Donald Noone tried to hide about $20 worth of ribs in his pants on Sunday. Police said he attempted to pull the same stunt on May 22 at a local supermarket and pleaded guilty to retail theft and public drunkenness.

Police said since this is the second alleged offense, the theft charge will be considered a second-degree misdemeanor.

There was not a listed telephone number for Donald Noone in Carlisle and he could not immediately be reached for comment.

What's the big deal, it's how I get my turkey every year. It's a bit chilly at first, but I usually dress like a junky anyway, so people just think the shaking is from withdrawals.

Wow! Looks like the holiday shopping frenzy is already begun around here. I thought Id have to wait till black Friday for this type of news.

Police: Pa. man ran over woman in parking dispute
GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) - Police have charged a western Pennsylvania man with running over a woman with his van during a dispute over a shopping center parking space.

Online court records don't list an attorney for 52-year-old Terrence Stubbs, of Jeannette, who did not answer his home phone on Wednesday.

State police in Greensburg say Stubbs was arguing with a 40-year-old woman about the parking space at Hempfield Plaza in Westmoreland County Tuesday afternoon when he put his van in reverse and knocked the woman down. Police say in a news release the woman was partially under Stubbs' van when he "put it in drive and ran over her again."

Police say Stubbs was jailed on aggravated assault and other charges before posting bond.

A police spokesman couldn't immediately release information on the woman's condition Wednesday.
