Perhaps you guys have seen this but I thought I'd share anyway...Ken Block is arguably the best driver/drifter of all time! How would YOU like a 0-60 in 1.9 second Ford Fiesta?
Very cool... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TshFWSs ... ure=relmfu

that was awesome. I showed it to my 16 yo daughter who i am in the process of teaching to drive. she said it makes her driving look easier now.. the only thing i saw more impressive than his driving was the maker of those tires. wow! i loved it.
Here is one of my car favorite films. It's Ari Vatanen's run at Pike's Peak in 1988. Watch at 3:20 when his car is getting loose and he's got one hand on the wheel and keeps the pedal to the floor. Even when he rounds the corner with the sun in his face he never lets up!
I just put a pinch mark in my seat, and I am at my desk at work!
The run in a car with '80s technology is really something, eh? Makes you wonder what a guy like Vatanen, with his steel balls, could've done with a modern racer.

Not sure...I missed it if he did!

The good news?....I think I just found my get-away driver.
The bad news? ... what kind of self respecting bank robber craps himself during the get-away. I'd be ruined.

Pretty wild.. Check this 2011 version with a HD cam.. It's when they start getting into the curves that
would dive off the cliff that make me pucker up a bit.. You can select 720 or 1080 HD..
Makes me wonder how many drivers have flown off into space due to cockpit error.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VAJaZAV-gQ

Both of those are great. I went to the top of Pikes Peak when I was in the Air Guard. We drove up in a rental car. The car ran fine at the bottom but hardly would get up the last 1000ft. When I got out of the car at the top and walked about 100 feet I was barely running myself. I couldn't get a breadth at all. That is one big hill
