Vicki's battle is over.

I have a tight grip, but she is slipping from my grasp.
Soon to be gone from me, but I will be with her once again.
It will seem like eternity to me, but to my sweety, Vicki, it will be but a heart beat in time.

It has been a great 36 years. John

life on earth is temporary for all of us. But we look forward to eternity where rust, and moth does not decay, and where thieves cant steal. Thank god for jesus christ through whom we can be united with loved ones again. May gods peace be with you and your family.

Sometimes we place so much importance on when we come into the world and when we leave it that we forget that it's all the stuff in the middle that counts. I am sure that it was a wonderful 36 years; suffused with joy and devoid of regret.

John, your words pain me so and I don't know what to say nor do I know what to do. The most difficult thing in life is letting go and placing our loved ones into God's hands for eternity....a concept that's bigger and grander than anything any of us can comprehend....

Thank you all for your kind words. Vicki passed in her sleep tonight. She is no longer in pain, her battle with cancer and the side effects of the treatments is over. Our Daughters and I are helping each other. All will be ok. I will carry on as my Sweety wanted.
