Got the old perches off the ford 10.25 and had a spare set of 2.5inch perches just to set on the axle so went ahead and mounted it to see how it looked. Not sure if I want the old perches off the D70 or just order some new custom 2.25 perches.

I think I am going to order the weld on plates for the 9" ford rear. I have wanted to convert my 2wd f100 to 4 wheel disk for a while. Thanks for the link.

Just working on getting the 1968 4x4 crossmember all out of the frame to weld into my 2wd F350... Its a pain in the #*%@()%)@ getting all the pieces off by the weld. At least I can get it all cleaned up also before installing (want it to look as stock as possible)

Having actually seen your truck in person was amazing. I appreciate the 'cooks tour' you gave me, just wish I had more time and wasn't worn out from driving.
Pictures do NOT give your build the credit it deserves, it's MUCH more impressive up close and personal.
How in the world you keep your garage as neat, clean and organized as you do is truly amazing. Mine looks like explosion went off...greasy parts and tools everywhere, scheeze, I'm a pig.
...anyway, Thanks for the update and sharing your great truck with all of us.

That is a brave and hard working man to get what he wants wow. Cutting up all that frame and rivets, and whew already sweating. Cool cool parts, and nice build. Going to look at that np205 brake right now for my 91' bronco......
