Re: ways to make money
As far as I'm concerned, feel free to use anything I may have posted in anything you do. Not that my stuff is worth anything but some of the how-to's posted here are excellent material and have taught me a lot. It wouldn't even have to be a video. That slideshow of Keith's on his '67 build is educational and entertaining. Pics with captions put into a similar type slideshow would make a great how to and be fairly easy to make.

Re: ways to make money
its funny. i was just putting pictures together of a truck i put back together after i stripped it down. i will be posting the video to you tube as soon as i make one or two more picture additions to the slide show. and then a voice over. i am not sure how that is goignt o work out just yet. i think i may actually write a script so i can time the voice with the video. and make sure i dont get surprised when a pictures shows up that i wasnt ready for. i also considered. writing text and placing it in the video instead of my voice. but voice would give such a better feeling to the video. but text does a good job also.

Heck yeah, you have the voice for it. Womans Makeup How To and Video Gaming are the two biggest sections of youtube. Roll the makeup blurbs into your video tags and come up with a good title and storyline. Put one out every other day or so and women will subscribe to it. Call it '5 Minute Romance Ep#1' or something and have a generic romance book cover for the video... Within a couple months you'll probably start pulling in cash, a year serious cash.
Search FPSrussia on youtube, he started two years ago with COD modern warfare videos, now he is the #1 publisher...

Re: ways to make money
this cahs thing is more complicanted the furth you look into it. it has layers and layers of hops to jump through. the first part i had read abou tbefore postign was only part of it. then you have to apply to you tube again. and then they want you to signup in a payment agreement. it sounds more like i would have to pay them in order to get paid. it doesnt give exact details so i have left i out for now. i probably wouldnt do any reaings of book for women. i had considered other aliases for posting other types of vids though. so as not to let them reflect upon me. and then let my help videos be found by the junk videos. its a game. i may just end up doing soem videos and then maybe a cd or something of more knoledge later. or not at all. its all fun. but its too much technical work to get the videos correct. lighting background content. then editing. wow.

i also think i am going to change my account at you tube and just delete all my content on this account. the name is stupid. and isnt right or proper for useage. i only used that name as a email alias and soemhow it got used as my youtube account. i cant rememebr why now. anyway. it was a stupid move at the time.

"in the torrid wind he pressed her against his bumpside Ford, wondering if it was a stupid move at the time." I like that story line.

Re: ways to make money
ok well lets try this. i was going to post a neutral safety switch adjustment and tang instructions as my first real video. i was thinking this would be a simple video and easy to floow along . sinc ei have the column out of my 67 right now. and i need to change it for the ps box i just put in it.
but i am going to ask for requests of videos that need to be made. please dont pm them. post them to my you tube channel i guess. or list them here. i may not have all parts so i may not be able to do the exact videos.
if i were younger. the romance readings might be a good way to meet women and so forth.

Re: ways to make money
no i dont have a problem at all with any of that. i did loose some video quality when i transfered them as cell phone videos. they play much clearer on my computer than they do on youtube. i should have probably done the video conversion before i uploaded the last ones. i started out only wanting to remove the backing plate. then i didnt have a toll with me to get the keeper off. and the first video i think shut it self off. i then paused the second video and couldnt get it to restart. so i had to make a third video. which messed up because i had dirt in the tube and didnt know it. so i just said to heck with it. and left the video alone. i think i can mess with it later tonight and get the video made into one long video instead of three videos. and i think when i do i can convert them and that will clean up some of the fuzzy ness. plus it was hot. i was in a hurry. i then cam ein ate and fell asleep for a awhile. i have already considered a tripod fo rthe phone to take a video with. plus i didnt even start out with voice professionaly. i should have had an introduction of what i was even working on first. i will get better at this as i go on.

Re: ways to make money
I usually use "Any Video Converter" when converting most of them. I've never uploaded
anything to u-toob, so don't know what they want to see..
But I notice when I d/l a video, the SD's are usually flv's, and the HD's are mp4.
That program can do either one of those. Also wmv's, and others.
The Sony software that came with my camera lets me convert the HD mp4's to wmv.
That's what I used on the throttle vids. The wmv's are way smaller than the mp4's,
which are fairly huge files for a long video. One thing I like about the Sony wmv
conversion is I don't have to worry about it skewing the widescreen ratio.
It looks just like the HD, just smaller and more compression.
Any Video Converter is free on the web.. Just do a search if you want to try it.
