Is that really a '72 Chassis or did someone just put a '72 body on a newer F350 frame?

It's on a 72 chassis since all the numbers match the frame and door data tag,, 460, C-6 Trans with single speed divorce tansfer case so it's either in 4x4 or not when shifting the lever forward , has the front rear on the pass side of the truck on with Disc.Brakes 4.10 gears, A/C and Power Front Windows,, Thats are parts trailer not a Camper... the chassis from all what we know is a 2 wheel drive since it has the regular 2 wheel drive 460 engine mounts say from 73/79,, was told it started as a cab/chassis truck, used in the film industry etc..,, I know it does real good pulling our trailer at 70mph, loves gas thats why it carries 100 gallons of gas under both side of the front doors and never in the past 2 winters get stuck when thye don't plow anything around here,, some day like to put a ZF Trans in here,, Gear Vendors is just a little too high for me like 3000.00,, I do have couple of 7.3's here but having time is the real kicker
