Sounds to me his x wife is trying to get every dang penny and a judge granted a freezing of accounts to me. that is an assumption on my part but i have seen it happen. I watched a company go under becuase a wife claimed the husband used the company account to hide his funds from her, courts ordered a freeze on all his assets and company assets, his guys couldn't even use the fuel cards to fuel the trucks. So being unable to pay bills the company went under, sad for all but once the courts released the company funds everything the company owned had to be sold in a fire sale to pay off the bills.


And if a Judge orders Gag, and they find that he posted to the internet any detail they feel is out of line, even just that he is court ordered to gag it can get him in trouble with the courts, contempt comes to mind as the minimal punishment for breaking gag.

Also when the government and or courts freeze assets, they don't give a rip who is getting hurt by the action, but you bet they frown at you for your unpaid bills.

He says he is gonna make right, then i beleive him.

Again the 1 thing Jamie posted about was the result of the place he bought the parts from being out of stock on the parts he needed. And again he said hey i can't get the parts for x amount of time, and when they came in he made it right, i know for a fact that everyone got their harness that time. so back off and let him make it right. I remember that much becuase i got mine in the second round of harnesses.

I have never posted to this thread or the other one BUT I consider this website a nice family style website that IF I still had children living at home I would not be worried about them looking over my shoulder while I was online. I am not a wuss and have said much worse words than written on here or the the abbreviations to the words have been typed. I just hate to see the site go down hill to the point of so many other websites I have seen in the past. IF you cannot be civil then do not post!

Paul (390Nut) said that he cannot discuss the money under a judge's ruling. Plain and simple, cut and dry. No need to continue to flog him about it, because it's a done deal for the time being.

That being said, I'm going to go out on a limb here, and I hope I don't step on anyone's toes. Since the money went to a Paypal account, there's a pretty good chance that account is tied up in whatever legal proceedings are occurring. I take this from the statement he made that he did not SPEND it, but apparently he doesn't have ACCESS to it right now.

All of this adds up, in my mind, and I trust Paul because of some dealings I've had with him in the past.

I applaud Paul for coming on here and letting us all know that he is alright, and for even letting anyone know he visited the site. With some of the rage and hate shown here toward him, I wouldn't have blamed him for never even signing in. It takes a big man to jump into this cauldron of witches' brew that has been cooking here. I'm not sure I could have done that had the shoe been on the other foot.

Paul, I would like to thank you for manning up to the situation that has arisen. Many would not have made the effort. My only suggestion is that you sit down and think this thing through and come up with a plan and a timeline (already suggested) that you feel you can realistically meet. Things are tough, it sounds like, and working on something like this just might help get your mind off the situation you are facing.

You assume he has a paper check and not a direct deposit, it can take a bit to stop direct deposit. Heres another what if, shoulda or woulda coulda, what if the court order also restricts him from quitting the job or having Direct Deposit of pay stopped?

I don't know where he works, i don't know that everyone or even one person there has a laptop. if you have a boss what would happen if he cought you dealing with personal problems during work? Most companies i have worked for frown on it and these are small bussiness so i can only imagine the bigger your company the less time is allowed for personal problems on the job, sometimes they even frown on it during break or even waiting for work to start. if small bussines doesn't allow any, then i guess big bussiness allow negative amounts of times before during and after work. while on premises.

I said he came back even after finding deluge's of emails and hate mails in particular waiting for him. is the language he is using against most of the haters a bit rough you bet. Now let him make right especialy if you don't have a harness your waiting on or have sent screaminz wife money.

I challenge to see what Bill W, the man who started the other thread, who never said hang him, but did say i'll legally get this tooken care of, Says. I further more challenge that if we get atleast half of those waiting on the harnesses, to say ok wait. then no one else can say boo. Furthermore the trash talking needs to end from both sides. What you are saying is so obvious there's no real reason to drag it up, so just stop. Move forward, the past won't be changed just by harping on it.
