why lock it fordman.if you dont want to read it then go on to another forum the facts are the facts and like i said why is everyone so sensitive about this topic?just stop asking that it be locked. your only making it so people cant speak their mind.390 nut has a lot of problems but refuses to say im sorry to the ones he burned.he was sent money to him directly by some of the members and still comes up with excuses.the mods will lock it because even though we dont own this site and are only pee ons if we speak the truth and make the mods mad then we will pay for it by having it locked and that will be that.the mods dont care about us new guys they have and always will have the back of the senior members and that sucks. they were getting mad at me for voicing my own opinion and if you are not important enough to the site then they will just shut you down.

Fordman, Please let those who wish to speak there piece do so, locking this thread will make things worse IMO. let them vent... once the steam is gone It's gone for good

i talked with Paul last night via PM's and i belive his story to be true. i trust he will make things right with everyone involved

Fordman, then stop watching. That's what we are for. The descision was made to leave this thread run it's course while keeping it family friendly. A lot of steam came about because Paul vanished, so let this thread run it's course vs. having a bunch of mini threads because of locked threads (remember those?) and it'll take care of itself.

then why are you looking at it or reading it no one ever said that you have to read anything that you did not want to read.the only thing that will happen if they lock the forum is just showing the people that have been through things like this that you can not voice your opinion.without someone making a stink out of something that i or anyone else have said that you dont like.

I dont think it needs to be locked while it remains civil, but 71highboy, the reason that people were asking for it to be locked earlier and the reason you were being warned was because of the way you were handling it. Both you and 390nut got called on the carpet to knock it off. It wasnt the topic, it was the way you were carrying yourself.

For the year that I have been here, I have NEVER seen a mod play favorite. Actually, I have never seen a mod have to do ANYTHING until this incident. And the only thing I have seen a mod do is tell people to remain civil and knock off the swearing and name calling. So your trying to insinuate that the mods play favorites and back the long term members is completely without merit and lacks any foundation.

Step back, cool your jets, and read what you (and Paul) typed and you will see exactly what people were asking to stop and what the mods were addressing. Stop trying to twist the facts when everyone here can see plain as day what happened and why it happened.

If you dont like the way things are here and have a problem with your perception of the mods, then take your own advise that you tried to dish off to Fordman and go to another forum. No one here needs the drama and attitudes...

ok ok i will agree with you about how heated it got but when he came on here swearing at members because he did not like being called out then i got mad because what kind of real man insults the ones that they owe something to and make himself look like the victim here

i think it should be made a sticky and only posted in by members that have money on the line with paul. a list can be made of people that are owed and anyone that is not on that list should have their posts removed. if this would take too much time away from a mod then maybe an ad hoc mod could be named to keep the posts trimmed to just those that should actually have a say in this.
i'm sure those of us that do have a vested interest in this would like to stay up to date with what is going on without all the bs that is being interjected by those that do not have money in the pot.
