How much are titles with vin tags going for?

No boy knows?? Well, I just sold an extra title and vin tag I had for $125. Don't know if it was over priced or under priced but, I got $125 for it. :D

I'm assuming that no one answered your post because selling a VIN plate and a title for the purpose of registering a vehicle that it did not come off of is illegal. :nono:

At the largest swapmeet inWI there is a tent where a guy sells titles for $100. I asked him about the fraud aspect and he said "I'm just selling you a title. What you do with it is ypur own business." With a door tag $125 is probably a good price. If the buyer usesit to register a car he/she is commiting fraud punishable by local state laws as well as federal laws prhibiting vin tampering.

Yes that is why I didn't respond earlier. Not legal to buy and use them. But it is what it is.
