So after one day here are some thoughts...
I notice a lot less squeaking noises and other noises that sound like old mechanical things moving.
The bigger thing I noticed is that when I pull the choke out, the radiator fan almost turns my truck into an airplane, holy cow is that thing really turning fast and making some wind! It's got that loud noise that propellers make when taxing down a runway, haha.
I may strap some wings on Lucy and take her for a flight, I'm about 0.25 miles from the regional airport where little planes take off all day. I'll post videos and a tutorial if you want to make your truck airborne too!
The other thing I noticed was my oil light would come on occasionally for 1-2 seconds (normally around turns), I would think this means the oil is low, but my dipstick says full. I'll change the oil this weekend and see if that fixes the problem.
So far, I give Sea Foam a 7/10, I deduct points for not seeing smoke (don't market it like this Sea Foam) and also a poor can design. Make it so it can pour easier if I'm too lazy to get my funnel! I do give it points for making my engine not sound like an asthmatic piece of metal and also for a good price point when on sale for $7 a bottle.
