GVWR of older Ford trucks
Is there a place on the web to look up the GVWR of older Ford trucks? Like the 450's and 350's back in the 80s and 90s?

A vin search should be able to tell you that. That is how I found out that my 72 F350 is a 10000 lb GVWR truck.

Yep, the number at the lower left hand side of the VIN is the GVWR rating.
And they do vary per the suspension, etc.. IE: they make three versions of
the F-250. 7500 being the highest. Mine is a 7500, and the number on the
VIN is 07500 .

Most f-350 drw trucks were 10-11k gross weight. A f-450 should be 14.5k
