I am new to the ford truck market but was wondering whay this truck is reallu worth?
before i go out to buy it. its a 1971 black f100 351 with auto trans and another spare tranny runs drives inspected

Ad says ready for inspection, To me a big differance between road worthy (sticker) and what dose it need to be on the road (no sticker)

Any help what is a truck like that worth estimates ?

The trouble is that our Truck's pricing is regionally based. A truck like this one in SoCal is worth $800.00 to $1,200.00 tops! This one is a little confusing in that it shows one picture with a '68/'69 grill, but in another picture it shows a 1971 grill...HUH? The bed is a '67 thru '69 model...in other words it's made up of 'parts'. Nothing wrong with that, but it does reduce the price in my opinion.

look at he underneath for rust holes inthe floor and cab mounts. price is area dependant. im not in your area. plus its black. not a good color for resell.

finally thank you all!!! forrest he owns a black 67 to pics may have been mixed up, but for a 71 in that condition??? i live in the ruggef ny winters...after i restore wont be winter driver but before that needed to know what its worth cause i know not 2200

There's your answer right there! You know it's NOT worth $2,300.00, so make him an offer of $1,200.00 and see if he bites. Go lower if, after shopping around, you find that Bump's are selling for a lot less in your area.

Please remember this, Ford built many Bump era trucks...this one is NOT the only one out there for sale. If you don't get it, keep looking, 'Lots of fish in the sea'.
