A little ba story on the truck : my dad bought it in 1989 afer him and my mom moved up here. in 1997 it got parked and given to me when he bought his 1993 f250 diesel 4x4. it sat untill 2005 when i started working on it. i finished it for the first time in april of 2009, and it made its debut at a school car show. it then got different tires and wheels, and some other paint work. it met its demise in the winter of 2010 when i slid it into a telephone pole at about 25 mph in the snow. These were taken in june of 2009. Anyway, heres some pics. these are actually my highschool senior pics.
And my favorite of them all:
Thanks for looking!

Thanks for the pics. I'd thought about painting my '70's grill inserts black but wasn't sure how it'd work out. Looks good.

Those are great photos! I like the one that's your favorite as well.
Sorry to hear about your truck's end. I had a similar experience with my first Bumpside, when I was 17. While driving along a mountain road, I became annoyed with a rattling toolbox on the passenger's side floor, so I leaned over to move it around--taking my eyes off the road. The truck smashed through a ditch, a fence, and clipped off a small oak tree before coming to a stop at a crazy tilted attitude. It was a truly embarrassing and educational day for me.

I did the same thing when I was a kid. I reached in the back floor board to grab a towel to wipe the window and when I looked back up I was driving down into a ditch and through some nice brush. I walked home and my dads 72 F250 pulled me out. It was a little **** box car and I was on my way to school. It put some nice dents in the passenger side but it still drove fine. When I shipped off to the military my dad drove it for several more years and I believe he sold it still running. Some 2 door Nissan shitbox.
Needless to say, that was the last time I took my eyes off the road and reached around looking for stuff.
My sister was with me and she woke up out of a dead sleep. It was rather humerus.
