It's a bit of a catch 22 really, I have to stay here and finish this work...so I can afford to buy stuff like this.

Re: Now this
Looks great! Same wheels and caps my 71 came stock with. I wonder why the clutch and brake peddle pads are missing?

Re: Now this
I would start a poll on whether or not you should get that truck but it would be a landslide in favor. That's like asking your friends "Should I go buy beer?". Great looking truck and would be a fine addition to the stable.

Re: Now this
I went and looked at it. It is a nice truck no doubt and probably worth to close of what he is asking. But, I am not buying the mileage. He belives it (I belive that) but I doubt it. The engine must have been out at one time and apart, like you mentioned, the clutch and brake pads. There is some wear in places that there would just not be wear after only 60K. Why would the pads be missing, why would the engine have been yanked? Lots of new parts that just would not have needed to been changed after 60K.
I almost still bought it. I even made an offer, but it did not fly. I'm sure he will sell it, but probably not to me.

Re: Now this
Seams like a fair deal even if inaccurate mileage. The mismatch mirrors are a little strange to me. If it was a 4x4 it would be in my driveway right now.

Re: Now this
Looks almost EXACTLY like my truck. My '72 is painted the same color, same hubcaps, same AC unit, and same interior. Nice truck both mechanically and aesthically. My truck was also a low mileage, un-molested bump when I bought it. Hope you can buy it.
