Finally rain in central Texas

over night we actually had real no BS honest to goodness rain.
I saw today a forest service fire truck in the mall parking lot those guys along with all the other that have been working to keep fires away from us were getting a much needed rest THANKS TO ALL OF THEM The animals birds, squirrels, cats and dogs were all enjoying the idea that there was water for all of them.


Not to be greedy but we could still use many more days of real rain

all of tejas needs a good 5-day toad-floater. we've barely caught 3 inches in Lubbock so far.
