1949 Dodge truck...Off brand looking for parts.

I have a neighbor that has done a lot of work on is dads old Dodge flatbed/dump over the last few years and is still looking for some stuff.
I know a lot of us dabble outside the Ford world. I am guilty when it comes to IHC, and Willys Overland.

Any out there know where i can dig up some wiper arms, and front marker lens/assemblies for this old two ton workhorse?
I don't know much about these beasts. What years cross over, what models share the same parts, ect. Figured someone here would.

your about a year late. i could have got some from a old farm truck last year.
