A. Build the 427 again
B. sell the 427 and Buy a new 390 and build it with left over money.

I've only seen pictures of a single 427 industrial block that was not cross bolted - but they do exist. Could explain the non-performance heads and parts - marine 427s were pretty much 390s as far as heads, crank, cam, intake - nothing special except for teh 427 block itself. Could be a very rare if not super valuable piece.
