project 70 street rod
well im new here and thought i would post my lil project. i will try to get some pics of it posted later on. i got a 70 model f100 ranger 2wd, 429 with a c6 and 9 inch rear. as of now the motor is undergoing some changes. just put in new comp cam .530 lift 230 230 duration, new valve springs clips and retainers. new comp mag timing gears and chain, along with a weiand dual intake with a holley 750 double pump mechanical sec.also just put on long tube headers backed up with 3in bullet mufflers. future plans is to get aluminum heads toward first of the year,(budget allowing), then start replacing floor pans, body mounts, and patch a few minor cancer places here and there. with that said i would like some input of what my estimated horse power is with what i have done as of now. any ideas? relize i aint gonna have big numbers just something to go by. in the end i would love for it to appear as a sleeper and stock front the outside and in cab, but raise the hood and its a different ball game. thanks for any input in advance.
I BLEED BLUE!
