Dealing with Rat Droppings

I have some in the engine compartment of my bump and a lot inside my 79 Ranchero (because it has been sitting).

I know that rap droppings can be harmful. Can someone please tell me how to deal with the $hit - specifically should I vacuum it, sweep it out, or use my handy dandy leaf blower?

I've killed the rats, but they still are mocking me with their droppings.

The good news it that there are no mice droppings.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

When I lived in Los Angeles County, I picked up Free Rat Poison at a local Health and Human Services office. To get rid of the Rat droppings, you'll need to eliminate the source.

As far as clean up, I've just swept them up into a dust pan and thrown them into my trash. Of course that may explain my diminished metal capacity, Rat Turd Poisoning leading to declining mental ability...I hadn't thought of that...hmmm...

I once drank swamp water out of a combat boot, I always figure that rat crap won't hurt me. Which I know is wrong. I just use my shop vac, but I'm sure there are safer ways.

Hey it can't be to harmful. The FDA allows so much in processed food :eek:
