Fordification Rocks

Post by Ranchero50 »

As pretty much anyone who's owned a frameless window in a Ford from the '60's knows, they tend to come unglued at the worst times. Point in case, my '68 Ranchero decided to drop the passenger side out today during a parts run in mid 40` weather. Spent about an hour looking for the correct dimensions online for where to glue the two aluminum mounts on and found this...

Which verified the dimensions I came up with on the door. I used Liquid Nails last time (4-5 years ago) and it worked well. Now to let it set up tonight int he garage and put it back in tomorrow.

So again, thanks Keith for building the reference side of the site. I'm sure it comes in handy to all of us Ford guys often.

You sure can't. :fr: Alot of good advice out hear. Only one gripe for me and I know I saw a thread earlier, is how many posts does one have to do before he is no longer considered a new member? :D

Hey woods I sent you $50 and you said I could get three more stars after another 1000 posts. Seemed like a better deal last week.
