Considering Buying

Post by socalcraigster »

Neighbor down the street has had this 70 sport custom for sale. He put a 460 from a 73 LTD that only had 30,000 on original motor. That LTD was only driven until 1983. He replaced all the gaskets and seals. He also redid the brakes. He is getting a rebuilt carb. P/S P/B AT

He wants $2,300.

Thats a different shade of green, almost like spearmint gum. I kinda like it. Pretty clean for the price.

The inside green looks like a Service type of paint where the outside I do believe is New Lime
mine was originally New Lime but to PO resprayed it Cactus Green.

Great Find

That looks nice but it seems to have a quickie paint job.
It make me wonder whats underneath it.
maybe not much ,but I've seen some bad things under fresh paint. :2cents:

I'd take it for a test drive and run it by a body shop or two and get their opinion.
