I know it is early but.
I know it is kinda early, but my youngest daughter is comming up this next weekend for a few days of father/daughter time. So I set up the tree. Wasn't going to put it up this year, but I am excited about her visit. I have 3 wonderful girls, and they live in N.H., Fairbanks, and Walnut Creek. 35, 42, and 44. Talk to em all the time on the phone and PC, great but just isn't the same as a visit. Since Vicki passed it is even more special keeping in close touch with them. Ahhhhhhhhhh, the good life.

I think it's a good move. Make them feel more 'at home'. My own Father and I are about as far away from being close as I can imagine. Always thought it might be nice if we were though.

I feel ya woods. Wish my Dad and I could have been closer. Did all I could think of, but it wasn't to be. As mean as he was I still did all I could for him. He passed about 4 years back.
