Possible purchase.......can afford it.......just not real sure if it is worth the repair investment.

I dunno about your neck of the woods, but around here you can find one similar with a good clean title and not sunk up to the axles in mud for the same kind of price range. Getting a clear title will be the hard part, unless you drop at least $250 with a title "fixing" company like broadway title.

The no title can be a pain. Maybe go have a look at it and decide if it's something you can handle.

Not seriously worried about the title. Looking at more like something to set up on the lake year round.Title wouldnt be an issue then.

I'd pass on this unit not for only the title issue but I'd assume that the interior
has been a condo for the local rodents and their droppings :eek:

A few years back a buddy of mine wanted something like that for a seasonal
deer hunting shack, He found a out of service construction office that ended
up working out great !
