We are building a shed and needed some gravel. We went and paid for 2 tons of gravel. I think the loader operator was a little generous. He said there was over 3 tons on there cause he have had 2 tons on here and nowhere near this much squat. What do you think besides I should check air pressure in the rear tire before hauling heavy stuff

Dangit Jarred, I need to do the same thing...but gotta get my steering column back in first!
I like the hoist ya'll mounted on the bed! I've had my harbor freight hoist on my truck for some 4-5 years now-they are really a back savor!

I like that truck. It reminds me of the 74 we had on the farm when I grew up. Long wheel base with a long and wide flat bed and white as well. Had a 390 with a four speed stick. It had reverse to the right and up (not sure which trans that is) and that 390 hauled anything we put on the truck with eas. Not nearly the heaviest of which was a Styled Model A John Deere tractor. I miss that truck. We sold it in 87 and I almost bought it back in 98 when I lived back in the old country.
But I digress.... Nice truck.
