Start the new Job Search

So here is the story. My brother and i work for the same company we both work our tails off for this company and get nothing in return. My brother is actually one of my supervisors and he and my supervisor that i directly report to have been trying for the last year to get my salary raised to match what they are paying the new hires. crap company has been refusing to do so. Had a talk with my brother last week and he told me that he had been interviewing for the last couple of months and has had several interviews with one company that he is thinking about moving to at the begining of next year. So i started really looking this past weekend and got a call from one of the companies that i really want to work for. i feel that the interview with the Director of HR went very good, just waiting to hear from either of the department heads that she was going to forward my resume to. Whats even better is the sallary requirement that i stated to her she said would be no issue with me getting in either department. so that was a plus which means i wont have to work overtime anymore or get a second job on top of the new job.
