Ford bed trailer

Post by Mancar1 »

My neighbor wanted, as he called it, this piece of junk, out of his yard. Handed me the title and I hauled it on over. Think I will take it to the cemetery and use it to haul stuff around  My Uncle is always borrowing my utility trailer I keep at home, so I'll give him the one that I already have at the cemetery.
I have had my eyes on the old Ford Bed trailer for a while now. Even has a couple good hub caps. Love it when a plan comes together.

I'll take it !! Does it still have the 9" under there or did they pull it out & just build an axle?

If it's still has the 9", you might check the tag on the diff. I found a trailer once & the 9" under it had a crazy odd ball ratio, some thing like 4:40's ?? Anyways, it was LOW. Good for a stoplight screamer!

You made me run out and drop down and check. No rearend darn it  Well it still makes a unique trailer, and I got another couple hub caps for my shop wall
