If you've got the original, most any "GOOD" sign shop should be able to replicate it.

Be prepared to spend a few bucks, though...

Ahhh, Sorry. I agree that a sign shop is probably your best bet on that one if you have the old one.

I've seen a few on E-Bay

Using the search feature type in ' Decals, Emblems, Detailing '

You'd be surprised how many are there

i still have mine. i've lived here 27 years and had never heard of "tall paul's ford" until i bought my 67. it still has the chromed pot metal tag screwed to the tailgate. it was built here and sold here. gotta love that.

Yeah, my dad's truck has two of those pot-metal badges screwed into the cowl right over the Camper Special badges.

As a kid, for years I thought that all Fords came from "Fordland" in Colorado.

I have been thinking about this too. I have two foil decals on my front quarters from Wm. R. Johnson Motor Co. in Lake Lillian, MN. They have been out of business for over 30 years, and they were the original selling dealer. I really want to preserve the decals and have thought of trying to buff out the old paint finish on the truck and then trying to match the faded color of the truck where rust needs to be fixed, just so I can save the dealer stickers.

Probablly sounds pretty stupid to center the restoration around the old dealer decals...

Take really good pictures with a tape meausre for reference and a goo dsign shop should be able to make decent reproductions.

i can't say about the decals, but some of the pot metal dealer emblems are pretty collectable. especially from dealers that specialized in hipo cars so your idea isn't really stupid at all.
