How im spending my Vacation

Post by 69rangerf100 »

so i originally planned to spend my vacation working on the Rangersaurus but you know what they say life will get in the way of fun. so a couple weeks ago the kids bathroom tub cracked in several places and started to leak into the basement. so yesterday i started to cut out the old tub/shower combo.

here are the before starting pix

Gotta love an optimist! I'd really like to redo my whole bathroom, so I'm tagging along on this one. Keep us updated. Thanks!

Last year my bathroom project started out with a drywall repair beside the tub. Ended as a total bathroom redo. I too was going to spend a few vacation days working on my F100. Worked on it part of yesterday. Today I'm sick as crap, gotta love it :x

the funny thing is the sink vanity and toilet were replaced in the kids bathroom a year and a half ago so once i get the tub put in and the sheetrock up and and the adhesive shower walls up the kids will have a modern bathroom. yet the master bath has only had the flooring upgraded to tile

I am suppose to be doing stuff to my house... Ooops I pulled the truck out in the driveway, now in order to put it back in the garage I have to get it done. My wife hates it sitting in pieces in front of the house, now she is rushing me to get it done! Your project is looking good!

i feel you on the wife thing. my wife hates that my chassis for my truck is sitting on the side of the house under a tarp the bed is sitting behind the house and the old cab can be seen from the street in the back yard and the newer one that will be going on the chassis is sitting in the garage.

Good work! I don't mind hanging sheet rock but I can't stand finishing it.
