Swapping cabs, what to do with title?

I got a great 72 F250 Highboy and the frame and running gear are in good shape, but the cab and bed are junk. The top of the cab rusted out, the bed is so rusty the sides will not stay up, they tilt out. The body is JUNK. I found a complete body for under $200 and bought it. So, I will be swapping the good body on the 72's frame. Now, what do I do with the title? The body is where the vin plate is on the dash and info on the doors. I want to keep it registered as a 72 F250, but the body is a 70 and is 2wd.
Do I just pop the vin tags and plates off and attach them to the new body and press on? Is there a frame vin?
Any input would be great.
