Thanks Phil105 that is what I am going to use is the U coat-it. The two spots that have oil on them are maybe 2ftx2ft from a transmission leak. I will clean and acid etch the rest of floor and then pressure wash and let dry a week or so then put the coating on. Thanks again guys for all your help.
