Any interest in all of part of a 65 F-500?

Post by Kurt Combs »

I am requesting this information for a non-profit organization that might have the pictured truck donated and available for sale or parting out. It is a 1962 F-500 flatbed with a V-8 and stick shift (of course). To me the thing that looks interesting is the hood, cab and engine, but I am not into this year of truck so I have no idea if there is a market, or not. If you have a real interest in all or large parts of this truck, please let me know and I will forward the information on to the non-profit. Truck is located two hours north of San Francisco, near Highway 101.

Does it have a utility bed? That would make a great service truck. The picture of the truck didnt get put up.

too bad it is so far away. if it does get parted i am real interested in the lower valance. if it has a clean rust free cab i'll bet some the slick 60's guys would be interested. i may cross post this over to the slick website if that is ok with you kurt.

Does it run? I'm in Santa Rosa. Hate to see that go for scrap.
