So what's the plan for this rig?
2006 Mustang GT (Wife's)
1962 Comet Custom (Wife's)
1971 F100 2wd Prerunner Project (Daughter's)
1971 F250 4wd "The Beast" (Son's)
2007 Toyota Tundra 4wd. (Credit Union's)
Seriously, the best truck I've ever owned, without exception.

Matt,
Good start man. One thing I see is that your missing the hood to cowl gasket that snaps into the firewall. This is a cheap, (around $25.00) part that really helps keep the engine bay clean.

My plan for this bump is a complete rebuild, Might take me awhile to get it done... But that's OK.

1. Engine and Engine bay - 35%
2. Transmission 10%
3. Exhaust System
4. Body, Interior, and............. Paint
5. New Engine - 460? or 390?
6. Chassis and Suspension Rebuild for high HP output.

The 390 will bolt in. The 460 will require new mounts. The factory mounts from a '73-'79 2WD 460 truck will bolt in your truck making the engine swap basically a bolt in. I say basically because I have a CV IFS so my 460 swap was a bit more involved. I do not know what you will need to alter if you stay with the I Beam IFS.

You should think about new cab bushings as well. It'd be easy to do right now with the front clip off. I'm curious...did you have the intake machined or something?

Its a Edelbrock Street Master that I found in a local junk yard, had it hot boxed, sprayed, ports opened up, and dipped in protective coating.
