Spring Carlisle Anyone?

Post by Ranchero50 »

It's this weekend, I wanted to go but working 12hr nights through the weekend and doubt I'd survive the trip up and back without ending up in a ditch asleep.

I need a nice set of inner fenders and some hardware

Oh well, a month and a week until Fords...

I didn't make it and I should have no excuse not to go but just don't need anything at the spring show. Now if I had a Chevelle or Camaro I could get about 95% of anything there. The Ford show will be a good one but is mostly a Mustang show. So will the All Truck Nats in August too but its 90% Chevy. I'm such a downer.

....and I didn't even read this story before I posted. Geesh. How could they snag that much? Then again, Ive been there when the gates open and a lot of vendors aren't even out of bed yet.

That sucks. They do have security but you don't see them after hours. I stayed over one year for Fords when I sold stuff and it was pretty quiet at night. Had a guy die because his tent was next to his buddies RV with a generator...

Hi Ranchero,
I went on Friday and the place was packed with people which made it hard to get around. seemed like more junk than anything but still it was a good day to get out of town. Did see a few F100 short beds and a really cool 71 4x4 towtruck. I am looking forward to going to all truck nats next.
