The closest place you can find. Take it this is ferrous? You get the best prices when you use the grading system to your advantage and separate your stuff. When you bring them 60% tin and the rest prepared and they pay you for 100% tin you just gave away a bunch of cash.
Outfits that advertise the highest prices are the ones that have their scales rigged. Davis in Clackamas is one of the worst. The owners wife runs the place, she's a real C-word. She'll look you in the eye and lie without hesitation until you inform her you're calling her husband on his cell.
