1967 parts

Post by Madman »

While part hunting, I had a guy tell me there was a difference between 67 trucks, and the 68-72 trucks. Does anyone know if all the parts of the body are interchagable from a 67 to a 70? I am looking to use the bed and fenders potentially. Thanks.

PS- my belief is there are no major differences, just molding/trim

The doors and bed as far as body parts are the same style, but different as far as components. The problem I just encountered with a 67 bed and a 70 frame with Flex-O-Matic Suspension. I'll have to notch the bed rail for the hanger bracket.

I'm looking at putting it on a Highboy, so not sure if that will need a notching or not
