Proper rear door? It certainly looks like the welded half a dentside cab to the bump cab. It doesn't look like the rear door can open. Rear window and cab back panel are newer than '69.

Could be, just know the back door doesnt look like it fits right and its not a bump

My thoughts exactly. I'd love to look at that up close and see how they did it.

Did Ford ever make any crew-cab Big Bumps (F500 or 600)? Since the F500/600 cabs were nearly identical to the pickup cabs, I would think a cab from a crew pickup would fit on an F500. Would be very interesting.
