Check TPTools.com.... They have a kit with many of the parts... you supply the plywood.

Heres mine. Plywood, crude and works ok. Im using a bucket blaster and it works ok. Yep those glove "holders" are tops from small drywall pails. They fit snug and seal the gloves very well. The tacky paneling chute obviously wasnt attached yet.

I got one from Harbor Freight for less than $200 when it was on sale and with a 20% off coupon. It works great and all I had to do was put it together in less than an hour and start blasting.

A few years ago I needed a cabinet and I checked into the kits. I figured it was not worth my time and materials to try and make one. My cost factor was considering if I had to buy everything new plywood, gloves, syphon blaster, plexiglass exct. So I went the cheapo Harbor Freight route and Im glad I did. The cost of the HF was under $180 on sale with coupon. I added my own reclaimer system to keep the dust down and it worked better than most homemade blast cabinets Ive used.

I built this paint booth in my "basement" last winter when it got too cold to paint outside.

5' wide x 4' deep x 6.5' high. I hang some heavy gauge plastic over the filters, roll down the door and suit up in a Tyvec paint suit with a dust mask, goggles and a faceshield and blast my A$$ off with a $30 pot blaster. Then I just sweep it into a bucket and pour it through a screen back into the pot. Pull the plastic down and start painting. It's a little hot and sweaty but I can blast my I-beams, fender aprons, hang small parts, heavy parts, anything that I can get in it.
