Happy 4th of July everyone.
They let us work today but I finished at 11:00am so the day really started off happy.
The mesquite chips are soaking, the tri-tip is marinating, the potatoes and eggs for the potato salad are on the stove, the zucchini squash is sliced, oiled, seasoned and ready for the grill. The beverages are cold. Life is good.
We (I) b1tch about our economy and our politicians but this is still the greatest country on this planet. God bless our troops that keep this country free.
Happy Independence Day!
