How crooked can your wheel be....

Post by fomocoguy »

And still take you down the road? My wife saw this fella driving about 30 with his flashers on today. Think I may have called a tow truck.

Was it wobbling or was it canted that way continually. Wobbling of course bent wheel, canted problem with suspension. Either way I would have parked it and got a ride, for both me and the car. A wheel bent that bad is going to eventually come apart doing more damage. Some people don't have the brains that God gave a gnat.

Nope, no wobble. Either someone hit him and caused the damage or maybe he slid into a curb and did it.

Good morning Joe,

I would have gotten a tow also! That guy probably needs to find a performance alignment shop that's used to dealing with subtle issues like that. :) On the other hand, just think of how long most of his tire tread will last--the savings are astronomical!
