Almost done

Post by marz68 »

Another update of my front clip.
On these pics I notched the frame rails because I will use bigger air bags wich will give me a smoother ride plus more lift. The upper control arm mounts are done and will be welded in once I build the upper control arms, also the bag mount's will be done before the end of the week. After that's done the front clip can be welded to the rear frame and then come the cab mount's,motor mount's trans mount and so on and so on. Next update I will have pics of the frame welded together with the cab mounts in place and all the air ride done. This is how I feel right now:hd: Asta luego. Later

The welder is a miller mig welder that can weld up to 1/2 inch or more and yes I should wear some glasses. The funny thing is that I am the one that supplies them with glasses once every 2 months.
