Fordification shipping shuttle? Too late

Post by sargentrs »

I really want these http://www.ebay.com/itm/170913235835?ss ... 1423.l2649 However, they are local pickup only. Was wondering if anybody out there would be willing to pick them up for me and maybe we can arrange a "fordification transport shuttle" a little closer to me so I can come get 'em or at the least pick 'em up and ship 'em to me. Of course I'd be willing to compensate the kind soul. They are in Independence, MO and I have no time frame for getting them so if they sit for a year or so somewhere I'm not overly concerned.

Just a suggestion..

I'm also a member of pirate4x4.com and on their board there is a section devoted to hauling to help members move parts/vehicles around. Maybe we need a forum section like it...What does everyone think?

BTW..sorry for the OT hijack..

sounds like it could go somewhere, its hard to get parts from across country if the seller won't ship

We've done things like that before. I've been wanting to put mustang buckets in my truck as a major component of my build and those seats were the deal I've been waiting for. Most of the time all you can find is framework and it's like $400! I'm going to see if there's any shipping type services in the area and what the cost on that is. You know, just drop it off and they package and ship kind of place. Thanks for the input guys!
