They are dirt tires, 35/14.5/17's, made to withstand 1000+HP and jumps. Sidewalls are thicker than the tread on most tires. I am tired of moving them, but they sure would turn heads on a T Bucket! Start a new trend!

Larry: The magical part I was refering to was, when you have a good quality system, sitting in your vehicle with the engine off & the oil pressure gauge sitting at 50 psi before you ever start it. You know the crankshaft is under oil pressure with no worries about scuffing the inserts. It's magical to me. LOL!

It's an Amsoil brand pump, it was given to me by the widow of an Amsoil rep. Amsoil no longer sells them apparently, otherwise I would provide a link. Pre-lubing an automotive engine is not sound engineering, it's wasteful, costly and over complicated. Engineering is building things smartly- A vehicle is built to do one thing- SELL!!!!!!
Accumulators work with simple hydraulic and electric logic to pressurize the engine when the key is turned on and hold pressure when it's turned off.
I enjoy listening to those needing pre-lubers, bypass filters, synthetic oil, fuel additives, hydrogen generators tell all of us idiots out there how dumb we are for just driving our vehicles.

Don't say an old greyheaded dog can't learn new tricks. After reading the oil post by DuckRyder in my sludge thread. It would make way more sense to install a magnetic heater on the oil pan & a water heater in the sand plug hole in the block than to mess with a preoiler. From what i gather from that post, doing this would cut way down on cold start engine wear. Have A Great Ford Day!
