I just wanted to let you all know that the forums went down late last night due to a problem with on our server. It seems that both the forum's database and the directory that all the forum files were located suddenly disappeared for some reason. The forum database was 'invisible'....it was 'there', but we couldn't see it. (When we tried to restore from a backup, it says it couldn't restore because it was already there...which it clearly wasn't.) So our webhosts were able to do a database restore from last night's backup. However, that does mean that any posts made to the forums between the time of the backup and the time the forums went down were lost. Sorry about that...but there's nothing I can do. I'm just grateful we only lost a few hours worth of posts.
I just thought I'd better mention it before someone got upset and started accusing me or the mods about deleting posts.
