Old 8mm film of my truck

Post by 69Ford »

I have lots of 8mm and super 8mm film of my truck taken in the early 70's on many trips across the country. The problem is I wanted to have them put on DVD's. Brought them into the local film shop. They said it would cost $500 dollors or more. Squashed that idea.

Did you check or search the internet. Seems like you could get a way better deal.

My dad was a smoker. He would always put his pack of Marlboro's on the dash. My mom would film through the windshield as they were
traveling through National Parks. The reflection of the Marlboro's in the windshield made you think that it was a commercial for them. Just some old memory's.

Prices: We offer prices which are simple to understand, all-inclusive, and among the lowest in the industry, starting at just $7.95 per reel.

There are many places. Good luck!

If you have a really dark/quiet room, an nice projector screen, and a quality digital video camera, you can just "shoot the projection" if that makes sense. I tried it once and it worked out ok.
