1967 options ...
This question may have already been answered but was there a power steering and power brake option available for the F100 two wheel drive pickups?

Hi Mr Fordman, It is great to see you back .
We have missed you .
I have not been able to post anything for the last few days.
The website will not let me.

Re: 1967 options ...
Thank You Fordman for your reply.
The reason I asked is that I am in Canada and I recently bought a '67 Mercury M100 Ranger. It's rusted real bad but the frame is stamped as a Mercury and under the hood is a big block with "501" stamped on the block where "352" should be and the Bendix power steering unit and the booster brake. The brakes are all drum brakes though. This most likely will be my next restoration project and the only thing I need is a cowl emblem with "Mercury" and "100" on the emblem. If anyone out there knows where I could source a cowl badge that would be appreciated.

I think I've got a spare cowl emblem. The '100' plates are the same ones used in the 63/64 Ford hood nameplates and are available through the usual Ford parts suppliers. Just curious about how, exactly, the frame is stamped as a Mercury....
